This popular venue located approximately an hour and a half North West of Melbourne is now seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the team. This venue, situated in a picturesque region of Victoria, consists of a small dining area and also a bar area, both of which boast a popular and extensive modern Australian menu.

The successful Head Chef will have gained experience in a similar role which will equip them with the skills and expertise to uphold this venue's reputation for providing a high standard of service and quality cuisine.

To be considered for this position you must have:

• At least 2 - 3 years experience as a Head Chef
• Experience in a similar environment
• A proven ability to manage a team of up to 6 staff
• Experience with training and mentoring your team
• Competency with all HACCP and OHS regulations
• A demonstrated ability to manage food and labour costs
• Experience liaising with suppliers
